The driving factor for offering my range of services was the recognition from my many years of experience as head of construction and real estate departments in the retail sector, that commercial trading and banking companies are often only able to react in a limited and inflexible way to a changing market environment in an area that does not represent their core business - their real estate portfolio. 


At the same time, the cost block related to their rented properties usually represents the largest expenditure item for these companies, after personnel expenses.


In times of constantly increasing competition in the retail sector and changing customer behaviour with the accompanying shift in turnover to online business, it is becoming even more important to optimise the real estate-related key figures for the tenant.
